Honor 9N: Just about the notch?

Honor recently launched the Honor 9N in the Budget segment in India. The device comes packed with dual cameras, 19:9 ratio display with notch that means it is not just about the notch. I got to get my hands on the device for a while and I’ll be sharing with you what i think about the device. Before that let us have a look at key features of the device.

That is pretty much all about the key features of the Honor 9N. Let us now have a look at the different Variants and colors available with the pricing.

The Honor 9N comes in 3 variants that are 3GB/32GB, 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB priced at INR 11,999, INR 13,999 and INR 17,999 respectively. The device is available in four interesting colors Lavender Purple, Robin Egg Blue, Sapphire Blue and Midnight Black.

My take on the Honor 9N

The device is not meant for people who love to use heavy apps or games on their devices (that is what i personally feel). Anybody looking to get a device for day to day usage can for sure consider this as this device is powerful enough to handle your daily usage but i still have a doubt about the heavy usage. The 3GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB Variants are worth the price whereas i feel the 128GB Variant is a bit overpriced.

I would highly recommend the 3/32GB and 4/64GB variant of the device for people trying to find a decent device for day to day usage considering the camera, design and build while for heavy usage you can consider the Redmi Note 5 Pro.
